Project Description: The Bernalillo County (“County” or “BernCo”) Procurement and Business Services Department (“Purchasing”), on behalf of the Public Works Division and the Facilities Design + Construction and Maintenance Departments, is soliciting proposals to establish an Agreement for on-demand services for various construction needs across County facilities.
