Snow and Ice Removal For Public Works Department Project

Project Description: All proposals must be submitted electronically through PennBid.com no later than September 25th, 2026, at 10:00 a.m., prevailing time.
Performance, Payment, and Maintenance Bonds are not required for this project. The successful Contractor shall provide the insurance coverage required by the Contract Documents.
Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage rates are not required to be paid for this project.
Specifications may be downloaded electronically through PennBid.com. Hard copies may be obtained at the Township Office, located at the address provided above, Monday through Friday, between 7:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.
The Proposals must be made to the Municipality of MANHEIM TOWNSHIP, Lancaster County, Pennsylvania, and shall remain firm for a period of forty-five (45) days following the Proposal opening. No Bidder may withdraw its Proposal during this forty-five (45) day period.
MANHEIM TOWNSHIP hereby reserves the right, which is understood and agreed to by all Bidders, to reject all Bids and to waive any omissions, errors, mistakes, defects, or irregularities in any Bid.
