Project Description:

One (1) Each New 10,000lb Capacity Symmetrical Two-Post Vehicle Lift

The lift should include the following minimum specifications:

1) Vehicle lift arms capable of safely lifting a variety of vehicles including, Battery Electric vehicles, Exotic Low-Profile vehicles, Truck Frame, Unibody Cars & SUVs

2) Overall Height: between 11 feet 2 inches - 11 feet 8 inches

3) Drive Thru Clearance: between 99 - 100 inches

4) Floor to Overhead Switch: between 10 feet 8 inches - 11 feet 3 inches

5) Front arm reach: Minimum 20 inches to Maximum 42 inches

6) Rear arm reach: Minimum 37 inches to Maximum 60 inches

7) Screw Pad Height: Minimum 3-7/8 inches to Maximum 6-1/8 inches


One (1) Each New 12,000lb Capacity Symmetrical Two-Post Vehicle Lift

The lift should include the following minimum specifications:

1) Arm Configuration - 3-Stage Front & Rear

2) Rise Height - Minimum 80-3/4 inches to Maximum 84-3/4 inches

3) Overall Height - 11 feet 11 inches

4) Overall Width - 11 feet 10 inches

5) Drive Thru Clearance - 8 feet 7-1/2 inches

6) Floor to Overhead Switch - 11 feet 4-1/2 inches

7) Arm Reach - Minimum 27-1/2 inches to Maximum 59 inches

8) Screw Pad Height - Minimum 5 inches to Maximum 12-5/8 inches

9) Ceiling Height - Minimum 12 feet to Maximum 14 feet
Special Instructions

1. All vendors shall review the attached documents before submitting a quotation.

2. Hawaii Compliance Express: Bids of $2,500 or more will require a Certificate of Vendor Compliance in compliant status at time of award (HRS 103D-310(c). If a vendor does not have a compliant certificate, the vendors bid will be disqualified, and the next lowest
bid will be considered. For more information, refer to: https://vendors.ehawaii.gov/hce/

3. Questions shall be submitted via email to Lawrence Martinson, lkmartin@hawaii.edu, by 12/30/25 2:00pm Hawaii Standard Time (HST).

4. Quote must be valid for a minimum of 30 days after the Request for Quotation closing date.

5. Award will be based on the total aggregate amount. Award is subject to availability of funds.

6. Price shall be F.O.B. destination, including all shipping, handling, transportation costs, removal of old lifts, assembly, installation, and applicable taxes \"Hawaii General Excise Tax (GET): maximum allowable for Maui is 4.712% to:

7. Delivery is required within 60 consecutive calendar days after receipt of order (ARO).

8. Damages incurred during shipment, assembly and/or delivery of goods/products will be the responsibility of the vendor.

9. The return and replacement of defective goods/products will be the responsibility of the vendor to make the arrangements with the shipping company. All shipping expenses shall be paid by the vendor.

10. Goods/products must be new with the Manufacturer\'s standard warranty. Used and/or refurbished goods will not be accepted.

11. Upon request, the following documents shall be provided to the University:

(a) Manufacturer literature or brochure with technical data and illustrations of the
product being offered.

(b) Warranty information for the proposed unit.

12. Vendor receiving the award is required to provide the following documentation before a
purchase order is issued. Note: Do not make any purchase until the approved purchase
order is provided.

(1) Hawaii Compliance Express Certificate of Vendor Compliance

(2) Certificate of Liability Insurance (refer to Special Provisions Attachment 2)

(3) Signed Superquote Award notice
