Summary
Dept of Finance - Annual Agreement for Equipment Parts, Maintenance & Repair
Division will contact supplier for a quote each time items or services are needed with details of what the quote should include. Supplier will provide quote for a requisition to be entered into AL Buys for an approved PO. Once an approved PO is received, the supplier will be notified to have the items ready for pickup or to ship the items or to provide the service. Materials and services will be on handheld equipment and mower equipment to include push and riding mower(s). Line 1 lets supplier quote division on the following types of materials and repairs: Supplier must be an authorized manufacturer dealer on all brands listed below: (able to get parts and service) We will not award to a company that is not a listed authorized dealer. This is to maintain our warranty’s on our equipment. We are located at 425 South Union Street, Montgomery, AL 36130. Suppliers must be within 30 miles of this location in order to bid. |
