	The Washington State Criminal Justice Training Commission ("WSCJTC” and/or the “Commission”) is issuing this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) pursuant to RCW 39.26 for the purpose of soliciting qualifications from skilled individuals interested in providing full-time temporary services instructing and testing Firearms for the Basic Law Enforcement Officer Academy (BLEA), Firearms Instructor Courses, and Advanced Firearms Courses, hereafter referred to as basic and advanced firearms training.
