Interested transportation companies may submit a bid to provide student transportation services pursuant to either ALTERNATE A, by diesel and/or gasoline buses for a contract term of three years beginning July 1, 2025 and ending on June 30, 2028, or ALTERNATE B, by electric buses for a contract term of ten years beginning July 1, 2025 and ending June 30, 2035, consisting of an eight (8) year base term with two (2) additional one (1) year options. Interested companies may submit a bid for either Alternate A or B or both. The District will evaluate bids received and determine which Alternate is in the best interest of the District and, upon such determination, the Regional School District may award a contract to the lowest responsible and responsive bidder for the selected Alternate.
