26-1710 Supply and Delivery of Seasonal Decor and Lighting for Outdoor Parks and Public Spaces

The City of Calgary requires the supply and delivery of various types of
outdoor seasonal décor and lighting for parks and public spaces as detailed
within this RFP.

Proponents must be a registered supplier in the SAP ARIBA Business Network portal to:
a) Download the Request for Proposal bid document
b) Submit a Proposal.
c) All communications are to be via the Ariba portal

To submit a Proposal, a Proponent must navigate to the Event Contents page and use the “Attach a File” link in the “RFX Information and Supplier Submission” section to include their submission response and then use the "Submit Entire Response" button to complete submission of the Proposal.

Proposals must be submitted electronically on SAP ARIBA on or before the Submission Deadline.

The submission receipt provided electronically by SAP ARIBA upon submission of a Proposal will be the date and time of submission for the purpose of determining whether a Proposal is submitted on or before the Submission Deadline.

Proposals that do not comply with the above instructions will not be considered.

All respondents are required to complete the Social Procurement Questionnaire within their SAP Ariba Profile as a prerequisite of this RFP.

During the RFP process, SAP Ariba messages will be the primary method of communication between Proponents and The City.
In addition to posting the opportunity embodied in the RFP for
responses through SAP Ariba, The City will use SAP Ariba for the following:
(a) the distribution of any Addendum;
(b) the posting of RFP Notices and other information for Proponents; and
(c) the receipt of and responses to Proponent Questions.
