Project Description: The Town of Fairfield ("Town") on behalf of the Capital Project Department is soliciting bids from qualified Contractors to provide all necessary labor, materials, equipment, supplies, services, and permits required for the interior renovations for an Adaptive Recreation Center located at 240 Colony Street, Fairfield, Connecticut based on the specifications and drawings prepared by Silver Petrucelli + Associates.
The Adaptive Recreation Center will provide a unique and much-needed resource for the community and will be the first facility of its kind in Fairfield and one of the first of its kind in this area of the state. The completed project will provide individuals of all abilities with a safe, accessible, and inclusive environment for recreation, learning, and community activities.
