Demolition Services

Project Summary

The City is seeking qualified contractors to provide complete demolition services for twenty-three (23) structures. Asbestos abatement (where required) will be performed separately by a licensed abatement contractor. The selected demolition contractor will be responsible for full demolition to slab/grade, debris disposal, site restoration, and proper handling of any remaining non-friable ACM.

• Issue Date: July 1, 2026
• Mandatory Pre-Proposal Meeting: July 6, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. CDT at City Hall (3162 Bagnell Dam Blvd, Lake Ozark, MO)
• Proposal Due Date: July 17, 2026 by 2:00 p.m. CDT (no late proposals accepted)

How to Obtain Documents The full RFP package, including the property list, Proposal Form (Exhibit B), and CDBG requirements, is attached. Additional copies or clarification can be requested.
