Paratransit Scheduling Software System (RFP-23-24177) Notice of Intent to Award Update

Project Description: Hillsborough County intends to update the award amount of a formerly published Notice of Intent to Award (NOITA) of a previously awarded five (5) year contract with Ecolane USA, Inc., for a new paratransit scheduling software system and associated maintenance (RFP-23-24177) for the Sunshine Line Department at a total cost of $1,026,877.16. On July 25, 2024, a NOITA was published; however, the NOITA incorrectly stated a contract amount of $1,027,877.16. During a recent contract review and update to Blanket Purchase Agreement No. 224300867 an inconsistency of $1,000.00 was discovered to the award amount. In an effort for full transparency to the public, this NOITA accurately reflects the quoted price and contract amount. In addition, the identified discrepancy did not change the order of the ranked firms and resulting award. The County reserves the right to extend the time period further, adjust the scope of services in response to changing conditions and updated requirements, and increase the resulting award accordingly. Challenges to this notice must submit clear and convincing information to support a challenge to the previous award. Challenges to this notice must be received no later than the published Close Date and must be directed to the primary contact listed above using the “messages” section in Euna for this particular Notice. The County will review properly submitted challenges (responses) to determine whether bona fide objections exist.
