Project Description: ECMC Foundation, Inc., Inc. invites proposals from qualified consultants to design and facilitate a half-day retreat for its Board of Directors. The retreat will focus on strengthening board governance, clarifying board roles and responsibilities, and equipping directors to maximize philanthropic support in alignment with hospital priorities. The half-day retreat is tentatively scheduled to take place on November 18, 2026.
