Solicitation Summary
Sealed proposals shall be submitted in duplicate and received at the offices of the Board of Education of Allegany County, 108 Washington Street, Cumberland, MD 21502 until 2:00 PM local time July 31, 2025 for the Boiler Replacement at Westernport Elementary School for the Board of Education of Allegany County. Thereafter, such proposals shall be publicly opened and read aloud. The sealed proposals will be in accordance with the plans and technical specifications prepared for the Owner by RTM Engineering.

Additional Instructions
Bonafide General Contractors may obtain an electronic copy of the Drawings and Specifications from Allegany County Public Schools Construction Department beginning July 15, 2025. Upon award of the Contract, the successful General Contractor shall utilize the electronic files for printing of additional sets required for construction and also any addenda will be provided electronically.
