Summary

Cobb County (“County” or “Owner”) is issuing this solicitation for Server Hardware for VMware Host Servers . Submissions shall be received before 12:00 pm on Thursday, October 9, 2025 , via the County's eProcurement Portal at https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/cobbcoga . Late submissions will not be accepted.

Background

The purpose of this project is to perform a hardware refresh on two existing VMware clusters running version 8.0.2. Based on the current utilization of each cluster, the County is looking for three (3) hosts for each cluster.
