Project Description: The City of Chester is seeking to award two (2) licensed and insured towing companies within 10 miles from the City of Chester, to respond 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year at the request of law enforcement, municipal officials, or other authorized agencies. These on-call towing services are intended for the prompt and safe removal and storage of vehicles that pose a hazard, are illegally parked, disabled, wrecked, abandoned, evidentiary, or otherwise require relocation. The On-Call Towing Service Fee Schedule and On-Call Towing Service Ordinance are illustrated within this solicitation's Bid Packet.
