2/28/2025 Amendment 1: This RFQ has been amended to add a question asked by a vendor and to include information about a site visit. All companies who have previously quoted or submitted interest have been contacted with the information below. The closing date of the requirement remains Friday March 07, 2025 11:00 am EST.

If you would be interested in doing a site visit, there will be one conducted on Monday March 3rd, 2025 at 10:00 AM EST.

Question: Are there any changes to the previous requirement and is there a specified pickup/shred time established?

Answer: There are no changes to the previous contract requirement PR# KOAIN22RI303 Award# HQ0423-22-P-0032 and we are requesting pickup bi-weekly on Fridays at 9:00am.

The purpose of this requirement is to provide the Defense Finance and Accounting Service, Indianapolis, IN, with contractor services for onsite collection, shredding/destruction and disposal of sensitive Government papers/material. Vendors will also provide 95 gallon shred bins (or equivalent).

Contractor to provide confidential on-site destruction of sensitive material to protect customer from identity theft, in accordance with the following laws and regulations:

-The Privacy Act of 1974

-The Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act of 1999

-The Data Protection Act of 1998

-DFAS Regulation 5200.1-R (Information Security)

-DFAS Regulation 5205.1 (Operations Security)
