CPC 2nd Floor Probate Court Office Additions Project

Montgomery County (Ohio) is requesting bids for PP-2025-0070 - CPC 2nd Floor Probate Court Office Additions Project . All submittals are due before 1:30 pm on Wednesday, October 22, 2025 .

The Engineer's Estimate for this project is $ 186,000.00 .

This project consists of the interior renovation/addition of personal office spaces for the Montgomery County Probate Court located on the 2 ^nd floor of the Montgomery County Common Pleas Court, 41 N. Perry St. Dayton, Ohio 45402 . The scope of work for this project includes but is not limited to, new non-structural interior partitions, new finishes, and new electrical and mechanical fixtures as provided in the project plans and specifications. This project will also be delivered utilizing two construction phases as indicated on the drawings to limit the disruption experienced by the court during construction operations.
