The State Road and Tollway Authority (SRTA) is seeking to engage in informative discussions regarding debt collection services related to unpaid tolls and violations. These solution-focused discussions are intended to explore innovative approaches with the objective of providing SRTA with the maximum recovery of assigned unpaid tolls for collections, and the treatment of fees with the prospective service provider.
