Description
AMENDMENT TO CLOSING TIME: Please disregard the Ariba Discovery posting response deadline closing time and CanadaBuys posting closing time. All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted by 29 July 2025 at 14:00 EDT. All bids submitted after 14:00 EDT will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. The Department of National Defence (DND) has a requirement to provide DND with an Instructional Design Officer against Supply Arrangement # W6399-21J415. Supply Arrangement # W6399-21J415 Category 7 holders (only) have been emailed this Request for Proposal (RFP), if other bidders are interested in submitting a proposal, they will have to qualify for Supply Arrangement W6399-21J415 before they are given an opportunity to bid on this requirement. Canada will not extend RFP # W6795-26-BM-19 to provide additional time for bidders to qualify for the Supply Arrangement and submit a proposal for this RFP.
