Temporary Staffing Services

Through this Request for Qualifications (RFQual), the City of Milpitas (City) is seeking to contract with multiple qualified vendors to provide temporary staffing services for the City on an as-requested basis. Qualified temporary staffing firms should have expertise in sourcing, screening, and providing quality personnel for a variety of positions, including but not limited to, such as administrative, clerical, professional, technical, and trade-related services within a condensed timeframe. Additionally, awarded vendors must comply with all local, state, and federal requirements with respect to minimum wage and prevailing wage , as may be updated from time to time.

The City of Milpitas is located near the southern tip of San Francisco Bay, 45 miles south of San Francisco. Contracted temporary personnel will be expected to work out of a designated City facility in Milpitas. City services include, but are not limited to, water utility, sewer utility, police and fire services, and the City has an annual budget of approximately $268 million and 452 full-time employees.
