PURPOSE:
The Department of Homeland Security, Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) will host an unclassified Industry Day for Disaster Operations on Thursday, May 29, 2025, to provide an overview of reoccurring disaster procurements in preparation of developing local prepositioned contracts to support FEMA Region VI. This event aims to assist industry partners (potential vendors) in comprehending the Government’s needs, requirements, considerations, and to share pertinent information that may be of interest to the local industries and beyond.
REGISTRATION:
The webinar event date has been scheduled for Thursday, May 29, 2025, at 10:00 AM Central Daylight Time. Please ensure that your firm is registered no later than 11:59 PM CDT on Wednesday, May 28, 2025: https://fema.zoomgov.com/webinar/register/WN_wzkUPAQPRgG1XkneYZYikg#/registration.
PLEASE NOTE:
1. Corporate names, individuals’ titles, and email addresses of attendees will be madepublic in order to facilitate opportunities for subcontracting, teaming arrangements, jointventures and networking among attendees, including in an amendment to the GreySkies Industry Day announcement on https://SAM.gov.
2. Please submit a digital copy of your firms’ capabilities statement via email to both the R6-Contracts@fema.dhs.gov and LRO-acquisitions@fema.dhs.gov no later than 11:59 PM CDT on Wednesday, May 28, 2025.
