The time received will be stamped on each bid and for a consistency of time, the time stamp clock in the Purchasing Office will be the determining time.

A Pre-Bid meeting will be held on Tuesday, January 14, 2025, at 10:00 AM at West Middle School, 70 Shawsheen Rd., Andover, MA 01810. Meet at the front entrance to the building. It is recommended that interested parties attend this meeting.

Each bid must be accompanied by a bid security of CASH, CERTIFIED CHECK, or BID BOND issued by a responsible bank or trust company licensed to do business in the State of Massachusetts in the amount of 5% of the total bid.
