Project Description: REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL
The State of Utah Division of Facilities Construction and Management (DFCM) is requesting proposals for Construction Manager / General Contractor (CM/GC) services for the referenced project:
Project Description: Convergence Hall will be a roughly 163,000 square foot six story building that will consist of the following room typologies: office, retail, event, and housing.
Fixed Limit of Construction Cost:$115,000,000.00
