General Notice
The Town of Wendell is requesting bids for the construction of the following project:

Buffalo Creek Greenway, Phase 1

Sealed proposals will be received by the Town of Wendell in Wendell, NC, 409 Landing View Drive, Wendell, NC 27591, up to 3:00 pm 11/20/2025, and immediately thereafter publicly opened and read for the furnishing of labor, material and equipment entering into the construction of Buffalo Creek Greenway Phase 1.

The project includes the following work:
Construction of a 12-foot wide asphalt greenway.

Pre-bid Conference:
A pre-bid conference for the Project will be held at the following time, date and location:
Wednesday, November 5, 1:00pm
Wendell Town Hall
409 Landing View Drive, Wendell, NC 27591
