Gas to be delivered beginning July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2027, with option to renew for 3 years.
FIXED PRICE:
* Please offer a 12-month, two-part, fixed rate.
* Price per therm for the natural gas commodity will not change for the term of the contract.
* School systems are tax-exempt therefore the only charges invoiced will reflect the commodity and the AGL Base
Charge.
* The awarded vendor will supply the total firm natural gas requirements to all current, planned and acquired
locations of the Bartow County School System located on the AGLC distribution system for the term of the
contract.
* Bartow County School System will NOT be accessed deposits to establish firm natural gas accounts with the
awarded supplier.
* Bartow County Schools is Tax-Exempt. A form will be provided to the winning bidder.
GENERAL CONDITIONS:
A. The successful bidder must be able to provide a monthly excel spreadsheet for gas usage per meter for tracking
purposes.
B. Consolidated billing must be provided.
C. If an account needs to be changed to a different marketer as a result of Georgia PSC directive, cancellation
charges shall not be assessed to the Bartow County School System.
D. The solicitation and any corresponding contract resulting from the proposal shall incorporate all relevant Federal,
State, and Local laws.
E. The Bartow County School System reserves the right to reject any and/or all proposals.
