The purpose of this amendment update information and responde to questions submitted by vendors. New attachments are included with amendment 0001 posting, which include: 1 SIR amendment, 3 updated Wage Determinations and 1 proposal Breakdown Spreadsheet (TEMPLATE) Each facility must have a breakdown.

Note: New Wage Determination documents have updated rates. Previous Wage Determination should not be used to submit pricing.

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), Eastern Acquisitions, College Park, GA, is issuing Screening Information Request (SIR) Number 697DCK-26-R-00320, for Janitorial Service at Lancaster ATCT (LNS)– 211 Millport Road Lititz, PA 17543 Middletown ATCT (MDT) – Bldg. 511 Airport Drive Middletown, PA 17057 Middletown SSC – Bldg. 570 Airport Drive Middletown, PA 17057, Morristown ATCT- 4 Airport Rd, Morristown, NJ 07960 as detailed in the attached Statement of Work and Frequency chart in accordance with the Acquisition Management System (AMS) 3.2.2.2 Policy as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.

This is a firmed fixed priced (FFP) procurement for Set- Aside Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) competition for Base plus 4 one-year option periods.

Base Year 11/1/2026 - 10/31/2027

OY 1 11/01/2027 -10/31/2028

OY 2 11/01/2028 -10/31/2029

OY 3 11/01/2029 -10/31/2030

OY 4 11/01/2030 -10/31/2031

The contractor must supply all materials, supplies, and tools necessary to accomplish all tasks as outlined in the SOW. All materials and supplies must be in accordance with FAA SOW's and DOL Wage Determinations.

All Questions/Requests for information (RFO) must be emailed to attention: Jennifer Walker-Gomez (aaq530proposals@faa.gov) no later than August 14, 2026, at 1:00 pm EST. NO PHONE CALLS, PLEASE. Response to all questions will be responded via an SIR Amendment NLT August 18, 2026, at 4:30 pm EST

Proposals must be received by email no later than the specified date and time listed in block 8 of the solicitation document to Jennifer Walker-Gomez (aaq530proposals@faa.gov). Proposals will only be accepted at the email address provided and all other email address will be disregarded.

Any responses received after the closing date and time may not be considered in accordance with AMS provision 3.2.2.3-14, Late Submission, Modifications, and Withdrawals of Submittals.

This RFO is not to be constructed as a contract or a commitment of any kind. The Government shall not be liable for payment of any costs attributed to preparation and Submission of required proposal documentation.

SITE VISIT INFORMATION CAN BE FOUND ON PAGE 10 OF THE SOLICITATION. THE DATES AND TIMES WILL NOT BE ADJUSTED.
