Addendum to FAR 52.212-1

The Government intends to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract as a result of this solicitation in accordance with FAR part 12.INSTRUCTIONS FOR SUBMISSION OF QUOTE:

Quote shall be submitted via email to Mr. Mychael McKay and Ms. Morgan Olszak, at mychael.k.mckay.civ@us.navy.mil and morgan.e.olszak.civ@us.navy.mil

Quote shall include signed copies of the RFQ and/or latest amendment(s).

Quote shall include quoted item list with brand name, model, place of manufacture, and manufacturer part number

Quote shall include name, brand, features, and capabilities of software subscription

Quote shall include a capability statement to perform all services identified in minimum requirements
