The City of Atlanta, on behalf of the Department of Aviation, will shortly undergo a Multi-Step Competitive Sealed Bidding process comprised of a qualification phase as the initial step, followed by an Invitation for Bid (IFB), for the procurement of qualified contractors to provide contract personnel in support of the Credentialing Office. The selected contractor will provide personnel to support daily credentialing operations, including fingerprinting, identity verification, biographic data collection, credential processing, data entry, applicant check-in, queue management, customer service, badge application support, and related administrative functions. These services are required to support compliance with TSA requirements, 49 CFR Part 1542, the Airport Security Program, and applicable City and Department of Aviation procedures. Interested and qualified vendors must demonstrate the ability to provide trained, reliable personnel capable of working in a high-volume, security-sensitive, customer-facing airport credentialing environment. Personnel must be able to complete required training, become designated Trusted Agents, protect PII and SSI, comply with applicable security procedures, and meet operational performance expectations. Vendors must also demonstrate sufficient staffing capacity, supervisory oversight, and replacement capability to provide uninterrupted coverage. A Pre-Solicitation Conference will be noticed and held to provide more details and address questions. Hope to see you there.
