The following information is being provided to clarify the proposal requirements and address questions received
as of this date:
Questions:
1. In the rating sheet, under Experience, #1. "Has previously designed_ type of projects." Can the
County clarify if the question is meant to be "Has previously managed" since the RFQ is for
construction project management services?
Answer: You are correct. The language in the evaluation criteria should read "Has previously
managed" rather than "designed."
All vendors are required to sign and return a copy of this addendum with each Proposal for the Inmate
