This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with FAR part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.
Solicitation number 36C25026Q0383 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) for all necessary labor, management, equipment, deliverables, and support to provide document shredding and destruction services for the Ann Arbor VA Medical Center, in Ann Arbor, MI.

The Network Contracting Office (NCO-10) is seeking to purchase document shredding and destruction services for the Lieutenant Colonel Charles S. Kettles VA Medical Center.
Responses will be evaluated via comparative analysis utilizing Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract.
Site Visit will be held March 30, 2026, at 10:30 AM EST sharp at the Ann Arbor VAMC.

Responses shall be submitted no later than 4:30 PM April 3, 2026, via email to Morgan.Stein@va.gov.
