Motorcycle Ohio Training Fleet FY25

Recent supply chain issues and low dealer inventory have led to critical gaps in the Motorcycle Ohio training fleet.  The goal of this solicitation is to provide up to twenty-five (25) new motorcycles for 2025 rider courses. The state is prepared to award to multiple vendors to meet this goal.  Visit https://motorcycle.ohio.gov/ for complete program overview.

See attached draft contract document for specifications, requirements, terms and conditions.  Winning bidder(s) shall execute contract (items in red will be changed after award).

OPTIONAL VIRTUAL PREBID CONFERENCE
An optional Pre-Bid Virtual Conference will be held Friday, November 15 ^th , 2024 at 1:00 PM Eastern Time in Microsoft Teams. Failure of the bidder to attend will be insufficient justification for protest of award or reason to be released from a resulting contract.
Bidders must Pre-Register with Adam Williamson at awwilliamson@dps.ohio.gov by Friday, November 15 ^th , 2024 at 11:00 AM Eastern Time.  Note: This contact person is for registration only – bid questions are not permitted.  The following information is required for pre-registration for each individual person attending: Company Name, First and Last Name, Email Address.  Include “SRC0000025761 Motorcycle Ohio Training Fleet FY25" in email subject line.  The State cannot ensure attendance for those who fail to Pre-Register by the deadline.
