Project Description: The Floyd County Board of Commissioners are seeking qualified Contractors for the purpose of Exterior Renovations for the Floyd County Historic Courthouse. The scope of work would include but not limited to concrete work, masonry restoration, metal gratings, historic wood protection, painting and coatings. Documents and drawings are attached in the Public Files section.
A Mandatory pre-bid/site visit will be held on Tuesday, October 7, 2025, at 10:00 AM Eastern Standard Time. The courthouse is located at 101 N. 5th Ave. Rome, GA 30161. It is the responsibility of the proposer to acquire their own measurements, pictures, videos, etc. and to obtain a complete understanding of what is expected for this project. This will be a time to ask questions and make observations of what will be required to obtain our goal. Change orders are discouraged.
