Description

This is a presolicitation synopsis.

The purpose of the intended effort is to provide inspection, maintenance, and handling support for Ground Support Equipment (GSE) to the 575 AMXS, Joint-Base San Antonio- Randolph (JBSA-Randolph) Air Force Base (AFB), in support of the T-38 workload. The contractor shall supply skilled labor in support of production operations for depot maintenance. This requirement will not include personal services or inherently governmental functions.

The proposed contract will be a single award, Firm Fixed Price (FFP) service contract with a one (1) year base and four (4) one year option periods.

CLIN 0002 Ground Support Equipment Mechanic Lead

CLIN 0003 Ground Support Equipment Mechanic (6)

CLIN 0004 Over & Above Lead

The issuance date on SAM.gov for the solicitation is projected to be on/about 24 July 2025.

Electronic procedures will be used for the solicitation and all responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency.

The anticipated award date is on or before 31 October 2025 with a start date of 01 December 2025.
