Separate sealed bids for the WWTP Rehabilitation Project, Leakesville, Mississippi will be
received by the City of Leakesville City Clerk's Office, 301-A Lafayette Avenue, Leakesville,
Mississippi, 39451 (phone no. 601-394-2383) until 3:00 p.m. (CST), July 21, 2026, and then
at said office publicly opened and read aloud. Bids will be tabulated and presented to the
Board of Aldermen at its next regular meeting.
Plans, Specifications and Contract Documents are available in paper copy or digital copy. Plan
holders are required to log-in or register for an account at www.wlburleplanroom.com to view
and order Bid Documents. All plan holders are required to have a valid email address. Bid
Documents are nonrefundable and must be purchased through the website. For anyone

The City of Leakesville reserves the right to waive any informality or to reject any or all bids.
Contract award will be made to the responsible offeror whose proposal is most advantageous
to the City of Leakesville.
