Project Description: The City of Vancouver is seeking proposals from qualified firms/individuals to provide professional level to executive level coaching, performance evaluation, mediation and facilitation services on an as-needed basis. This solicitation seeks to engage 2-3 firms with expertise in all the services mentioned. Selected consultants may be asked to engage with individuals, groups, and committees as needed.
