Summary
The Birmingham Field Office of ADEM, located at 110 Vulcan Road, Birmingham,AL intends to establish a multi-year agreement for Garbage/Recycle Services with the maximum contract term to be determined at the time of award based on the awarded pricing and anticipated usage, not to exceed five (5) years. The supplier shall maintain consistency in pricing, products, services, specifications, and all contract deliverables throughout the entire term of the contract. Under no circumstances shall the cumulative value of the agreement exceed Twenty-Five Thousand Dollars ($25,000.00). See Description of Services under documentation tab for complete scope of work. Sub-contracting not allowed.
