BC Bid Electronic Submission: Submit an electronic Submission using BC Bid.  Only pre-authorized electronic bidders registered on the BC Bid system can make an electronic Submission using the BC Bid system.

This Request for Proposal is issued electronically through the City’s on-line Bidding System, Bids and Tenders at https://mapleridge.bidsandtenders.ca where any interested party may download the bid documents directly from the aforementioned website at no cost.  No registration, tracking or other recording of bid document holders will be performed by the City.  All addenda, amendments or further information will be published through the Bidding System. It is the sole responsibility of the Bidder to monitor this website and to obtain prior to the closing date and time, any addenda or updates issued by the City.

Proposals will only be accepted through the City’s on-line Bidding System and should be submitted in accordance with the Bidding System submission requirements and instructions. No hardcopy or electronic submissions through any other means will be accepted.
