Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included I this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.



Solicitation no. IHS1507664 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ).



The solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses that are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2025-03, effective January 17, 2025.



The solicitation is a 100% Total Small Business set-aside under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 562112 with an associated small business size standard of $47 million.



Pinon Health Center (PHC), Housekeeping Department needs a contractor to provide all necessary labor, equipment, material, red bags for storage barrels, supplies, and transportation, treatment and disposal fees to provide infectious waste storage, pickup and disposal for Pinon Health Center.
