County Grounds - Lawn Maintenance & Treatment Service Delivery (FM) - 3Y

The Jackson County Board of Commissioners will be accepting sealed bids for a 3 year county facility landscaping and grounds maintenance contract for the Jackson County Board of
Commissioners until Thursday, August 28, 2025 at 10:00 AM. At that time, the sealed bids will be opened and read in the Finance Department Conference Room of the Jackson County
Administrative Building at 4965 Jackson Parkway, Jefferson, Georgia 30549. One original and three (3) copies of the bid must be submitted. Bids received after the due date and time will not be accepted or considered. Questions will be received through Wednesday, August 20, 2025 at 5:00 PM and must be submitted in writing by email to Kenneth Morris, Purchasing Manager kmorris@jacksoncountygov.com and Barry Vickery, Projects Manager bvickery@jacksoncountygov.com.

There will be a mandatory pre-bid conference held on Friday, August 15, 2025 at 10:00 AM EST at the Jackson County Administration Building Kevin C Poe Conference Room, located at 4965 Jackson Parkway, Jefferson, GA 30549. Attendance to the pre-bid meeting is considered mandatory unless absence is otherwise authorized/permitted by Jackson County Government.
