This requirement is for the Department of Justice Canada.

This procurement is set aside under the federal government Procurement Strategy for Indigenous Business.

This requirement is open only to those Indigenous Supply Arrangement Holders under E60ZT-18TSPS who qualified under Tier 1 in the National Capital Region (NCR) and under the stated level of expertise for the following categories:

•        Category 2.1 Business Analyst - Senior; and

•        Category 3.2 Project Manager - Senior.

Description of the Requirement:

This bid solicitation is being issued under the Task and Solutions Professional Services (TSPS) Supply Arrangement (SA) to satisfy the requirement of the Department of Justice Canada for the provision of Business Analyst and Project Manager resources to support accommodations and security project initiatives and deliveries that fall under the mandate of CSB, such as the implementation in JUS offices of the Government-wide GCworkplace initiative.

It is intended to result in the award of one (1) contract, for approximately one and a half (1.5) years plus three (3) one-year irrevocable options allowing Canada to extend the term of the contract.

Applicable Trade Agreements:

This procurement is set aside from the international trade agreements under the provision each has for measures with respect to Indigenous peoples.

Further to Article 800 of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA), CFTA does not apply to this procurement.
