Contractor agrees to provide to the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) Silent Intrusion and Fire Alarm Monitoring and Maintenance as described herein:
Contractor agrees to provide all necessary labor, tools, materials, and equipment to monitor three (3) silent intrusion alarm systems and three (3) fire alarm systems, on a 24-hour, seven (7) days a week basis. Maintenance of these systems will be on an on-call, as needed basis.
