2025.0324, City Bid – Re-bid: Pacific Street Village Streetscape Bid Opening: March 13, 2025 at 11:00 AM This project is funded with State of Connecticut OPM’s Transit Oriented Development Grant administered through DECD-ORBD (Office of Brownfield & Remediation Development). This contract is subject to state set-aside and contract compliance requirements. Bidders must hold a current DAS Prequalification Certificate for SITEWORK and submit a copy of DAS Prequalification Certificate & Update (Bid) Statement with Bids pursuant to CGS §4b-91. Bid Deposit: 5% No Pre-Bid Meeting Project Manager: Luke Buttenwieser, Transportation Planner All Proposal and Bid documents, drawings and specifications can be viewed/ downloaded from ProcureWare. All questions regarding the solicitation must be submitted online via the Clarifications feature within ProcureWare.
