The scope of the project includes renovations for an existing two-story building, including new EPDM roofing and underlying rigid insulation; exterior wall insulation; room changes with associated framing, doors, flooring, ceiling, painting, sheetrock, etc.; exterior doors and windows; bathroom upgrades; replacement and upgrade of HVAC equipment; lighting and wiring; installation of photovoltaic solar panels on the roof; installation of natural gas powered emergency electrical generator. The work to be performed and the bid to be submitted shall included sufficient and proper sums for all general construction, mechanical installation, labor, materials, permits, licenses, insurance, and so forth incidental to and required for the construction of the scope of work.
