WCS LEGAL NOTICE REQUEST FOR BIDS

REB #1406 Paving Repairs and Improvements at Various Schools

Williamson County Schools, (WCS) is currently accepting bids from qualified companies for paving
repairs and improvements at various school locations. The paving repairs and improvements will be
at SSMS. FvMS. FvES, LVES, NES, NHS, SHS, AES, KES, SES, HES and Pinewood Admin Bldg.
Sealed Bid envelopes will be accepted at the Williamson County Board of Education, Central
Offices, located at 1320 West Main Street, Suite 202, Franklin, Tennessee 37064, until 10:30 am, on
Thursday, May 7, 2026 at which time they will be officially opened. Bids should be delivered by
express mail or hand delivered and should be marked to the attention of Skip Decker. All bids will
be stamped with the date and time of receipt to ensure compliance. Any bid envelope received after
the specified opening time will not be accepted. Faxed or emailed bids will not be accepted.

A Pre-Bid Meeting will be scheduled for this project at a later date. The date, time and location will
be determined and published in the Invitation to Bid from WCS. This legal advertisement is
extended and continued in full and appropriate detail in the RFB #1406 Invitation to Bid
Documents, which will be posted on the WCS website www.wes.edu by clicking on the Budget
Finance Department link. Nothing contained in the commissioned designers, engineers, or architects
RFB document or amendments thereto shall eliminate or reduce the requirements contained in the
extended legal advertisement. As with all WCS bid projects, this bid is contingent upon funding.
