Summary

Opportunities for Ohioans with Disabilities (OOD) is seeking a supplier to provide a Job Access with Speech (JAWS) software maintenance agreement (SMA) that includes, but is not limited to, software version upgrades, software updates and technical assistance to the perpetual license users.

Please attach a formal itemized quote including all state contract numbers, applicable OhioBuys catalog numbers, delivery date and any additional fees, if applicable.

Process

A) OOD shall base the award on lowest cost.

B) OOD will also base the award on the respondent that is responsive, responsible, and able to complete the work described in the summary.

C) A formal quote must be attached.

D) Respondent shall complete and submit the Certification Statements form if seeking a Buy America, Buy Ohio, and/or a Veterans Preference. If not seeking a preference, Respondent does not need to return the attached form.

Mailed, emailed, or faxed responses will NOT be accepted.
