The City of Red Deer (the “City”) is seeking submissions from artists or artist teams interested in creating a public artwork for the historic CPR Pedestrian Bridge.
This Request for Pre-Qualification (RFQL) is the first step in a two-stage process. Through this stage, we’ll identify a shortlist of qualified artists (minimum of 3 to maximum of 5) who may be invited to submit a detailed proposal in the next stage.
