MNT_26005, Athletic Fields Maintenance

Proposals for ATHLETIC FIELDS MAINTENANCE: Apalachee High School (Baseball & Softball Fields); Winder-Barrow High School (Baseball, Softball, & Practice Fields); BASA (Practice Field); 5 Middle School Fields will be received by the Barrow County School System, Maintenance Dept. (the ¿Owner¿) located at 645 Jefferson Hwy, Winder, Ga. 30680, until 10:00 A.M. local time on Tuesday, March 3, 2026 for all costs and services necessary for ATHLETIC FIELDS MAINTENANCE. Proposals submitted after the date and time noted above will not be opened.

Contractors shall have until 10:00 AM on February 25, 2026, to make any inquiries. All inquiries for information should be directed in writing to Mr. Allen Henriksen, 645 Jefferson Hwy, Winder, GA 30680 ¿ OR ¿ via email at allen.henriksen@barrow.k12.ga.us.

A mandatory Pre-Proposal Meeting will be held at the Maintenance Office at 645 Jefferson Hwy, Winder, GA 30680, on February 11, 2026, at 10:00 A.M. Requests for access to the meeting shall be made to Mr. Henriksen via email at allen.henriksen@barrow.k12.ga.us before 10:00 A.M. on February 6, 2026.

The contract, if awarded, will be for a period of one year with the Barrow County School System having the option of annual extensions. Extension will be based upon the satisfactory performance by the Contractor and availability of General Maintenance budget funds.

The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, and to waive technicalities and informalities.
