The Vendor, which puts forth an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) proposal, deemed to be most advantageous to Oklahoma City Public Schools (OKCPS) will be selected as the designated Vendor. Quality of service, competitive pricing, delivery and availability of service and ability to assist OKCPS in promoting the benefit will be primary considerations for selection.
