DESCRIPTION OF PROCUREMENT

This Request for Proposal is issued by Facilities Management and Planning Department, at the University of Toronto Mississauga on behalf of The Governing Council of the University of Toronto, for the Chemical and Water Treatment Services for the University of Toronto, Mississauga, 3359 Mississauga Road, Mississauga.
Estimated Commencement date: August 1, 2025
The term of the agreement will be for three (3) years plus two (2) additional one (1) year optional extensions.

Proponents Meeting

The on-site optional Proponents Meeting will be held on May 14, 2025, 11:00am - 1:00pm local time.
Location: New Sciences Building main entrance, 1815 Outer Circle, UTM Campus, 3359 Mississauga Road, Mississauga, Ontario L5L 1C6.
Registration: If you will be attending the Proponent's Meeting, please send a confirmation email and the list of attendees to procurement.utm@utoronto.ca .

Your submission must be uploaded, submitted, and finalized prior to the Closing Time of May 27, 2025 2:00 PM ET. We strongly recommend that you give yourself sufficient time and at least ONE (1) day before closing time to begin the uploading process and to finalize your submission. The submissions will not be opened publicly.

Negotiation:

At the end of the evaluation process, the University of Toronto may identify one or more suppliers with whom it wishes to enter into negotiations, by written notification.
