Description
The objective is to engage a qualified contractor to perform a comprehensive Architecture Review of the National Research Council of Canada's (NRC) Industrial Research Assistance Program's (IRAP) Microsoft Dynamics Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. The review will focus on evaluating the current deployment architecture to determine its capability and readiness for a multi-tenant environment. The contractor will assess the existing system's design, scalability, security, and performance, and provide recommendations for any necessary modifications or enhancements to support a multi-tenant configuration. The ultimate goal is to ensure that the MS Dynamics CRM system can efficiently and securely serve multiple tenants, aligning with NRC's strategic objectives and operational requirements.
