CoB RFP No. 2025-003: City of Beacon Park Cleaning/Janitorial Services (posted 3/3/2025, due 3/21/2025)

Project Description: The City of Beacon, NY (the “City”) hereby issues this request for proposals (“RFP”) from qualified contractors for providing professional cleaning services for (i) six (6) public restrooms, (ii) the Polhill Visitor’s Center facility, and (iii) the Settlement Camp Park Theater facility located in the City of Beacon Parks.

Submissions: Sealed proposals must be received by 12:00 p.m. on Friday March 21, 2025 at the City of Beacon, 1 Municipal Plaza Suite 1, Beacon, New York 12508. All proposals must be mailed or delivered in-person in a sealed envelope to the attention of Mark Price, Beacon Recreation Director, on or before the time and place stated herein. Proposers must provide one (1) original and one (1) copy of the proposal response.

Proposals shall be clearly marked on the outside of the package: “COB RFP No. 2025-003 ? City of Beacon Park Cleaning/Janitorial Services,” and include the following information:

1. Name and Address of Proposer
2. Phone and email of Proposer’s Authorized Representative
3. Name, title and number of Proposer’s Authorized Representative
